If you want to keep thinking that way, DO NOT google the words "gamedaily top 10 consoles" on your browser.
Seriously, don't... What you'll get is an epic fail brought to you by the same people responsible for the articles mentioned above.
It's just an opinion. As biased an anyone else's.
... because I have a launch 60gb PS3 and I've NEVER had ANY problems with FW updates. Still I would like to see a 3.01 firmware to remove the playstation store icon from the game section (1 icon under the PSN section is enough) and bring back the PLAYSTATION logo when you start a game. Those are the only things I don't like about FW 3.0.
That was hilarious OmarJA. God I love the open zone!
Good japanese RPGs: Disgaea 3, Eternal Sonata, Folklore, Valkyria Chronicles.
Good western RPGs: Oblivion, Fallout 3.
Coming soon RPGs: FFXIII, White Knight Chronicles.
That should keep you busy. :)
I think a "Zone of the Enders Collection" or a "Team Ico Collection" would be awesome, but nevertheless we should be cautious about these remakes. I'm ok with them when they are released before a new chapter in the franchise, allowing more people to enjoy the experience. Lets just not get carried away and start remaking old games left and right. We have plenty of sequels and few new IPs as it is. We need new games and fresh experiences.
Personally I won't be...
I always considered "live in your world, play in ours" to be their best slogan.
What exactly was this guy expecting out of FW 3.0? For it to do the cooking, the cleaning and the laundry?
And what promise would that be?
I hope their not thinking of leaving systems like the Neo-Geo/TurboGrafx 16/Saturn out of that list! Because that would be an epic fail.
I'm predicting the NES and the PS2 at the top 2 positions, immediately followed by the PS1 and SNES.
Microsoft is just giving Europe the same treatment they gave to NA. The pro system was retailing for €249,99 before being discontinued.
@ GiantEnemyCrab:
Nobody knows for sure who's in last place in Europe. There's no "NPD" keeping track, so we're left only with the numbers each company reports. Problem is Microsoft reports systems SHIPPED, while Sony reports systems SOLD.
Banned to the open zone again?
I would be happy with MKV support.
I remember playing this in the arcades in the mid-90's. It's a pretty good shooter. I was actually surprised to find the PC version retailing for 4€ a few months ago. Guess old-school isn't dead yet. If only Ikaruga was released on PSN too...
These lists are always subjective and arguable. No one can decide what games you'll like, other than yourself. It's the reason why review scores should be taken with a grain of salt.
Great blog. I couldn't agree more, being a fan of Wipeout for over a decade myself. Did you take those screenshots yourself? I use one of the pictures I took from Wipeout HD as background for the XMB and everyone who sees it goes "that's awesome". Terribly underrated game.
Well... At least 3 people have said it before me, but I just want to make sure everyone gets the message: GET WIPEOUT HD!!!
The article actually suggests otherwise. Eurogamer/Digital Foundry just can't hide their true colors, can they?
That's what your blog... ehr... I mean site is screaming.
Sorry, we already have one HHG. You fail. Consider yourself reported and I hope you get banned.
Judging from their actions lately, IGN must be needing a bump in hits really bad.
